Jung Oh is a chemistry professor at Kansas State University Salina. She earned her Ph.D. in chemistry from UCLA and worked as American Society for Engineering Education postdoctoral fellow at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, CA. At K-State, Oh’s awards include: Marchbanks Memorial Award for Teaching Excellence, McArthur Family Faculty Fellow Award, NSF-Research Site for Educators on Chemistry (RSEC) Fellowship. Oh has shared her scholarship endeavors focusing on chemistry education and interdisciplinary projects with international and national audiences. She is active in various professional and community organizations, exampled by her service as American Chemical Society Wichita Section chair and diverse public outreach activities. Her teaching interests include cross-curricular innovation and technology; enhanced teaching and learning activities.
