About Us

The mission of Community Access Television of Salina, Inc. is to build community by providing a forum for communication among Salina citizens through the use of electronic media.

Community Access Television is open to the public to allow citizens of Salina and Saline County, Kansas, to produce their own programs expressing their ideas, opinions, and viewpoints. Programming may be seen on channels 19, 20, and 21 on the Salina cable system. 2008 Graduation Ceremonies on Access

Community Access will have coverage of many area high school and college graduations, including: USD 305, USD 306, USD 307, USD 400, USD 240, USD 393, St. John's Military School, Kansas Wesleyan University, and the Salina Adult Education Center. Click here for a complete program schedule.

In addition, each ceremony will be available as video-on-demand. Links will appear on the graduation ceremony program schedule page, and will be available starting the week following each ceremony.

DVD copies of each ceremony will be available for $15 per copy. Please call Community Access at 823-2500 to place your order. Because of expected high demand, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
