About Us

The mission of Community Access Television of Salina, Inc. is to build community by providing a forum for communication among Salina citizens through the use of electronic media.

Community Access Television is open to the public to allow citizens of Salina and Saline County, Kansas, to produce their own programs expressing their ideas, opinions, and viewpoints. Programming may be seen on channels 19, 20, and 21 on the Salina cable system. Volunteer Blogs

This is the place to get your start as an on-line content provider! Community Access will provide all of its members free space to blog about their programs, adventures, thoughts and anything else that strikes them. It's a great way to get started in on-line community building! All you need to do is join Community Access today! We'll teach you everything you need to know about using our website as a way to help promote your programs, communicated with your friends and neighbors, and start building your own community network!

Paul Green
Paul is the Video Production Manager at Kansas Wesleyan University, and teaches students how to make audio, video and web-based media. He's also a former staff member of Community Access Television, and the Vice-chair of our Board of Directors. A member of the Alliance for Community Media, and President of the Kansas Broadcast Education Association, Paul likes to blog (or brag) about the work of his students, and about media in general.
