About Us

The mission of Community Access Television of Salina, Inc. is to build community by providing a forum for communication among Salina citizens through the use of electronic media.

Community Access Television is open to the public to allow citizens of Salina and Saline County, Kansas, to produce their own programs expressing their ideas, opinions, and viewpoints. Programming may be seen on channels 19, 20, and 21 on the Salina cable system. Learn about the art of wheat weaving with artist Donna Morgenstern. It is a free presentation at the Smoky Hill River Museum from 5:30p-6:30p.

The second State of Kansas Senior Spelling Bee is being held at the Bicentennial Center at 8:30a.

Big Brothers, Big Sisters honored with award
Big brothers, big sisters of Salina was recently honored with the Pinnacle Award for Achievement.

This award recognizes big brother, big sister agencies that have shown growth of 10% or more in revenue and in number of children served.

Central Kansas Foundation Awarded Three-Year CARF Accreditation
Providing services for alcohol and chemical dependencies has recently been awarded a three year accreditation for its continuous service to Kansas from 1967.
