About Us

The mission of Community Access Television of Salina, Inc. is to build community by providing a forum for communication among Salina citizens through the use of electronic media.

Community Access Television is open to the public to allow citizens of Salina and Saline County, Kansas, to produce their own programs expressing their ideas, opinions, and viewpoints. Programming may be seen on channels 19, 20, and 21 on the Salina cable system. Underwriters

Underwriters make gifts in support of a particular program. Gifts may be either cash or in-kind donations. Community Access encourages underwriting of volunteer-produced programming as well as for those programs produced by Community Access staff. Contact us for information on current underwriting opportunities. There are several levels of underwriting and underwriters are recognized as follows:

$300 and above: 10-second full-motion video at the beginning and end of the program.

$150 - $299: Display of a still picture or business logo with voiceover at the beginning and end of the program.

Up to $149: Text-only listing of the underwriter at the beginning and end of the program.
