A large part of Community Access Television's funding comes from a portion of the cable franchise fee collected by the City of Salina, and from Saline County. However, Community Access Television derives revenue from several other sources, such as grants, interest, memberships, class fees, sponsorships, and underwriting. In 2008, Community Access Television has a goal of raising $55,000 in order to continue serving the community as effectively as it has in the past.
